Refund and Cancellation Policy


At Avi Logistics Packers, we strive to provide the best relocation services. We understand that plans can change, and we have established this policy to ensure transparency regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before 48 Hours: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled packing/loading time, a full refund of the advance deposit (if any) will be processed, minus a small administrative fee.
  • Within 24-48 Hours: Cancellations made within this window will incur a 20% cancellation charge of the total quoted amount.
  • Less than 24 Hours: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, the advance deposit will be non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original method of payment or via bank transfer. Please note:

  • Refunds typically take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.
  • The time taken for the amount to reach your account may vary depending on your bank's processing time.

3. Service Modifications

If you wish to reschedule your move instead of cancelling, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to vehicle and labor availability. While we do not charge for the first reschedule, subsequent changes may incur a nominal fee.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided in the following circumstances:

  • If the packing/loading has already commenced or been completed.
  • If the shipment is delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • If the service is interrupted by government lockdowns, natural disasters, or other Force Majeure events.
