2. Booking and Payments

A booking is considered confirmed only after an initial token amount or advance payment is received.
Full payment must be cleared either at the time of loading or before the final unloading, as per the specific agreement.
Any additional services requested during the move (e.g., extra stops, additional packing material) will be charged extra.

3. User Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate information regarding the volume of goods and destination.
Ensuring that no hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items (e.g., explosives, flammable liquids, contraband) are included in the shipment.
Arranging necessary permissions or entry passes for our vehicles at the pickup and delivery points.

4. Insurance and Liability

While we take utmost care, Avi Logistics Packers is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseen mechanical failures.
We strongly recommend taking transit insurance for your goods. Claims for damages must be reported at the time of delivery and recorded on the packing list/invoice.
We are not responsible for the internal working condition of electronic items unless external damage to the packing is evident.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve price adjustments based on the new dates.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Avi Logistics Packers and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

7. Variation of Terms

Avi Logistics Packers is permitted to revise these terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.
